Proposals can be submitted at any time as these grants are rolling competitions with no deadline. Sexuality and the armed forces can be defined broadly and projects that use historical, literary, political, cultural, and other perspectives are invited and welcomed. Only individuals not organizations, may apply. Proposals can also be submitted by fax at (805) 893-3309, or by regular mail to the following address:
